Windows media player will certainly tell you time elapsed. Tab to the current position edit field and here you'll find a constantly refreshed time elapsed. I haven't seen time remaining and overall time but I'd be surprised if it weren't there. Perhaps check out the help pages if you're interested. They're pretty comprehensive.
