Hi alex, If it's a legacy sound card, creative labs has those types of drivers I believe. If this pc is custom built, get in contact with your designer and ask them to giove you the specs for the sound card then we can go from there. There are programs out there that will give you your computers specifications. Once you get the soundcard issue resolved and windows updated, I can hook you up with the program that will give you your computers specs and profile. Hope this helps.
