Hi Brian, I have not noted this error in particular however,
I have had problems converting DRM files into .wav format. The process will take the usual several hours or so but in the end the wav file will not play or allow for conversion into MP3 format. I don't seem to have this issue if I go straight to MP3. Have you opened your book in windows Media player prior to conversion? Sometimes the imbedded marks in audible files can cause havoc with the conversion process. I like to open them in WMP, start the book, then stop the book to reset the file. There are updated versions of sound taxi which claim to batch process more then two files at once, and claim to convert up to 40x. I contacted the vender in the Ukraine but was advised that there is no update policy. In other words, you would need to pay full price for the latest version.
