hi. Sounds like what you folks need to do is *completely* uninstall Winamp, and make sure all traces of it are off your system and then re-install it. I have no idea how Winamp 5.35 works under Vista so I can't speak for that. But it sounds like maybe another skin possibly the modern one is in the way. I couldn't fast forward or rewind when that happened, so before you rip everything out, make sure the classic skin is what's running. then if all else fails, you can start over.
