As it turns out, the software it comes with is so simple it works just fine with JAWS, and I'd assume it would also work just fine with Window Eyes. There is an initial screen where you have to click on the right icon to get the TV tuner software to load, but it isn't too hard to figure out. The only downside I've run into so far, is that I can't adjust the volume of the TV without also adjusting the volume of JFW. The dongle doesn't have a model number on it that I can find, otherwise I'd include it.
