I use sound Taxi and it's main selling point is the ability to convert copyrighted tracks for which you have an active license.

Hi, Jim. You may be right, but it seems that allmusicconverter converts rax files into mp3, which sound taxi doesn't seem to. My gripe with all music converter is that sometimes the mp3's that it produces can have weird little skips or odd repititions in the tracks. I've written to the programmers about that, so I hope they can fix that. Or is it me? Smile.
