You have to go into the folder where the zip file was extracted to and choose the activate win 9X.bat file. If it works, you will get a dialog on your screen saying registration is complete or something. Then you can go into goldwave, options, plugins and directX. Check FreeverbX and press enter on the OK button. You should then restart goldwave.
