Shift left arrow or right arrow to move the start and control shifft left or right arrow to move finish.
also shift + home to move start to begining of file and shift + end to move it to the end. control shift + home to move finish to begining and control shift end to move it to the end. I realize that the amount of movement is determined by the zoom, but I just cannot seem to find the keyboard commands to move the markers.
