Yep, be patient with the Zen Stone. Remember, you must first recharge the thing before it'll play anything. After recharging it for approximately 3 hours, find a file, or folder of files you want to be on the zen stone. Now copy it to the clipboard with control c like normal. Next, find the zen stone in windows explorer, it should be labeled as zen stone, followed by the drive letter. for example, mine is zen stone h, but yours could be g, or f. either way, find it and then open the folder for that drive. Now, paste your file or folder of files in there. Give it a few minutes especially if it's a large folder. Just be patient. When it's done, remove t the zen stone from your USB port, and plug in the ear buds. put them on, and press the circular button, and wait a few seconds. On mine it takes about 10 to 15 seconds, but it should start playing.
