Hi to all. I have a question that on the face of it might seem silly and show my ignorance but here goes anyway. I intend buying a stand alone DVD recorder with built in Hard drive. Those that have a hard drive I understand have at least a USB in socket. This being the case is it possible to install Rockbox on these machines. I would imagine that if it is possible it nullifies the warranty but as these things are menu driven then it would be worth the sacrifice to have something that could be navigated. If it can be installed on portable players logic tells me that it should be possible to install on Stand alone DVD recorders. Does anyone know if this is possible and has it been done? Walter.
