Hi. What do you mean by "the serial"?not sure about that? the only serial number I know of is a number that's found on the box of the package when you get it, and it's usually used to register your product. and in case anyone's doing searches for it, it's actually called the Creative Zen Stone, no key in there. If by serial you mean the model number for it, there's really only one model and it's 1 gig, so unless you get something else, that's what you'll get. I've only ever seen the Creative Zen Stone in a 1 gig model, so I believe that's all there is.
