Hi. I don't think such a thing actually exists. In fact, it doesn't have to because there are some phones out there, the names escape me for the moment, but they can receive mp3 streams from a shoutcast server. so just run your stream as is. I'm sure others will be able to be more helpful as far as models of phones go but that's my understanding.
