The Braille N Speak will not work in a broadcast environment and will not 
give you a second by second countdown as the hour progresses. What is needed 
is a realtime touch accessible clock with second hand feedback. Just getting 
a timer is a simple problem to fix. Just to clarify what is needed I think.
