Hello, I have run into a consistent problem when using CDEX version 1.70 and wonder whether others have encountered the problem and if there is a fix for it.
Whenever I use CDEX 1.70 to convert mp3 files from a high bit rate to a lower bit rate, invariably the end result is a variable bit rate file although I want it to be a constant bit rate. In the CDEX encoder settings, I have selected "disable VBR," but I still get VBR files. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.
