Hi Kevin. I have a 20g Creative player, the same as yours but without the FM radio. I agree that it acts as a drive once you install the software. However when I connect the player it appears as a drive, named "Creative". I find that all I need do is to copy and paste my MP3 files into this folder but if I wish to rename a file or delete a file I must go into the Nomad explorer folder to do this. I don't know why this should be the case but it is a pain. While I'm on the subject about Creative Zen players. I have only possessed one, the one I have but would highly recommend them both for sound quality and build quality. This player I have is large but so well built. It is metal bodied and is very sturdy and engenders confidence in it. The only criticism I have is the rechargeable battery is not replaceable and once it dies, so does the player. Walter.

Subject: Re: Creative Zen V Plus Once you've installed the creative zen software for the 20 Gig model and probably the other hard drive models, you don't actually use it again. You simply start windows explorer or My Computer and browse to the Creative Zen folder. Pressing enter will open the folder and allow you to use standard copy and paste keyboard commands to add or remove music from your player.
