I am a WE not a JFW user; and to my experience, Juice is perfectly and completely usable without any set file "as is" right out of the box. Juice follows the conventional Windows structure so alt-f gets you to the file menu, alt-t to tools, alt-v to the view menu, etc. Once you spend some time with Juice, it is easy to go between the subscriptions and downloads in the View menu and also to manage the subscriptions and set up the clean-up parameters settable individually for each subscription you have. You will find this ability under Tools, feed properties. I doubt that anyone could design a podcatcher anymore straight forward than Juice is.
