Well, I have had no problem playing the audio ever, but I've never been able to raise or lower the volume in the embedded media player they use. I use Window-eyes and don't want to get in to that thread, but if there is a Window-eyes user who does manipulate the volume control within the media player and not their sound card, please email me off list [EMAIL PROTECTED] as not to clutter the list with a screen reader issue.
