Yes.  I completely removed Sound Forge 7 and all associated items (CD Arch,
preset manager, and Noise Reduction 2.0D) before installing 9.0A.  It did
install it and the options are the same as though in the 2.0D version but
they are invoked under the Tools menu as well as the DX Favorites menu (like
you used to have to do). 

You don't have to do this, but I didn't want mmultiple versions on my
system.
