Eloquence mispronounces Dana as Donna, unless you tell the custom dictionary that Dana=dayna. This is why I use a separate signature file on blindness-orient list, telling people of the correct spelling of my name. but, it seems, most people don't ever bother to read down that far, even if they intend to respond to me.
