You can do this if you are using JAWS; it is a JAWS feature, NOT a Winamp
feature.

To place the marker, simply press M at the point you want to insert a
marker.
ctrl-shift-m brings up a list of already set markers, and lets you delete
some or all of them.

But I can't seem to recall the command to bring up a list of already set
markers, so you can jump to one of them. HMMMM; That's not very useful. Can
anyone else help:
