Hi Leslie, If you're talking about trying to fix Game day audio, I uninstalled all of windows media player entirely. If you take this route, you might want to back up any libraries you might be using if you don't want to have to set them up manually again. Since I generally use Real Player, I didn't have to worry about this. I believe the game day audio player is an embedded version of Windows Media player and that it may also use flash player as well somehow. If your question wasn't about game day audio, then I apologize.<smile>
