Larry First of all, 99% of Gameday customers likely have no problem. If the service works for that large of a group, clearly, the service is working as intended. It's also clear that you have a problem for whatever reason. If you have sighted assistance available, I would suggest that you have that person try accessing a game. Turn off your screen reader so that it doesn't interfere with that person's use of the pc. Make certain that a mouse is plugged in. If I had to guess, perhaps the Gameday's player audio is either on mute or down to no volume.
When having done this kind of debugging for myself, my sighted wife can often spot problems within 30 seconds that I couldn't detect in 30 hours. You are either doing something wrong; the problem is with the gameday player or something is blocking the stream. And I would also guess that the only way to resolve this is by someone having access to the machine that doesn't work.
