I learned earlier this year that a triple A minor league team moving into my
area would be carried on the net. Last evening I brought up the site and
found that the broadcast was through MiMLB.com a division of MLB. The site
uses the same media player, and the login is almost exactly that of Game
Day. I then assume that the fidelity would compare to that of Game Day. When
the broadcast began I was astounded at the higher quality. It was though I
was tuning into an FM broadcast of the radio station carrying the game. I
realize that Game Day at $14.95 a year is a bargain, but surely after
several years at it, I would have expected an improvement in Game Day's
sound.
