Hi Anthony, Good thought, but I got help from a friend who had me add a patch to modify the configuration and reduce a lot of the clutter,. At first I thought this was somehow connected to Windows Messenger but now think it was a coincidence. it seems more likely to be some weird artifact of Replay Converter or, now that i think of it, due to one of those sites with an embedded flash player for listening to their station. The strange thing about this site was that i could listen without installing this other addon, which supposedly allowed updates of the streaming information etc., though I couldn't really read the additional content any better after the addition. Anyway, the only place i'm seeing this is in the syst tray and by using a right-click on it I've gotten it to temporarily disappear at least, very strange. If anyone is curious, the station is www.kfog.com. What I've read suggests that it may be a bear to uninstall this so I'll probably leave well enough alone until i see whether anything isn't working, lol.
