the last version of Winamp that had a very accessible library with most screen readers was version 5.13. this version is still available on the Winamp Heaven home page at www.winampheaven.net/old.php?major=5. However keep in mind that this version is quite old now and doesn't have many of the features included in more recent versions of Winamp.
