Subject: transfering tapes to PC

I have a ton of high-quality cassettes that I would like to transfer to my
PC, but I'm not sure how to do it. Is there a program I can use which will
allow me to select the sound quality when transferring tapes, and what
hardware equipment and steps are necessary for doing this? Thanks.

Vicki
