I'm using a Hauppauge psi card and the software works fine.
I did write some scripts so that messages would be announced as to station
name and call letters when arrowing through the stations but that wasn't
really needed if you know your channels.

Hi Mike,

You should be able to use Replay A/V for the software component, but I do
not yet have any experience on the TV Tuner card hardware side of the house.
