Sorry if someone's already responded to this, but I have two ideas.

First, in Winamp's Preferences menu (control+p), under Plugins, there's a 
"Get Plugins" button...Either click this or go directly to Winamp.com and 
search, and see if the plugin is available there.

If not, a reinstall should do the trick.
