Very good article.  Without giving away too much detail about where I work, 
we're going through smething similar with the streaming of our radio reading 
service...Other than us, I've never seen a radio station use DRM; many of us 
are hoping that we WON'T be using it much longer.  I think this article 
shows something I've always found to be true with my friends; it's not just 
those of us using screenreaders who have difficulties with, and find DRM 
annoying...I think sighted consumers hate it just as much.
