this is probably barely responsive to your request, but somebody will want to know that for U.S. citizens, National Library Service has produced rise up singing, the Group singing Sonbook, which comes n ten volumes of braille. It's downloadable by eligible readers, so though the file would contain some chord notations and perhaps melody lines that would be jumbled by the reverse translation process, lyrics could be usable even by those who don't read braille. It's book number 15047.
