Hi Kurt I've been using 8 for a while and I've not seen one .cap file yet. it's a little more forgiving about creating files. i notice if the show has any kind of connection problems, instead of just giving you a file you can't use, it just gives you what was recorded instead. it might be an incomplete show but it's better than nothing. it really does pay to have a good, fast internet connection when using replay. it's that way for any internet stream, but especially in this case.
