We recently made a small program that enables visually impaired users to make music with a program called MultitrackStudio. It's available for download here in our home page: http://www.blindmusician.net/lite_edition.zip This is of course even nearly as sophisticated as for example Cakewalk with Cake Talking scripts for JAWS. But on the other hand, this is neither nearly as expensive. This one uses only freeware components. This system has only been tested in two computers (my and Mikko's), and I'm not sure how well this works on others. But feel free to try.
