Ah sorry!
Take Command is a replacement for the command.com or cmd.com under  
Windows XP.
Its probably not a good idea to go any furhter with this or further  
instructions on how you can use Take Command to create .M3U playlists  
here so if you'd like to drop me a line privately I can give you more  
information.
