Jerry, I will be very surprised if you get that combination of sound cards to work together. Those cards are practically identical and probably use very similar or identical drivers. They may even be trying to use the same memory addresses. Most people who use 2 sound cards, choose a different brand for their second card.
I won't go any further since I am not an expert in computer sound devices, but if you can't get the cards to play nicely together, I'm sure someone on the list will be able to help you choose a second card that will do what you want to do.
