There is information on it at www.blindcooltech.com. You have to look through the podcasts up there; maybe do a word search for it. The best price is probably at www.amazon.com. It records in a highly compressed, lossy MP3 format, something like 64 KBPS, so you will not get high fidelity. It is okay for speech, but nothing critical.
