Hi, You don't have to click the bar .. well, you might have to. the vidoeo isn't something you have to worry about. click on the download link, and wait awhile, it should then come up with a question asking if you want to install flash.
Now, the bar at the top of the screen is a standard windows xp thingy asking if you want to install said program. I didn't have that bar popup, but tht might be because I told xp to trust macro media inc. You can use your jaws curcor, and look from the top of the screen. I'd just wait and see what happens.
