I'm about ready to chuck soundforge8. I've tried everything everyone has suggested to get a recording started and it hasn't worked. I've only been able to record in sound forge 5 but gave it up because it doesn't have a fast forward and rewind feature. Nor could I find out how to restrict the recording to a particular length and have it only record when there is a sound source. ******************************

Would you tell me how I can obtain these scrips?
