About the only thing I haven't been able to accomplish so far is synchronizing music files to the Iriver T30. I am using windows explorer for this task at present but it was not working all the time[--especially when deleting files. However, I have successfully reformatted my Iriver T 30 and have downloaded successfully but haven't deleted this selection so far but will likely load some new music for the weekend. Well, you do have what is called Full mode. asicly, to the best that I recall, go to the view menu with alt v, then go down and make sure that full mode is checked. You *do not* want it on skin mode.
