Sarah, I'm so glad it was the correct battery pack. The support guy I spoke to on the phone gave me the totally wrong info. Can you please post a direct link to the exact product you purchased on the SP site so I can take a look and see if it is the same one I was misinformed about?
Also can you describe what the battery pack is like and whether or not it comes with Velcro strips or something to keep it together with the R9? How does it compare in size to the R9?
