Hi Casey.

Not sure if I quite understand what you're asking but if you're asking if 
the tracks will be burnt in the original sequence just because the tracks 
are ripped in a lossless format, the anser would be no.  The lossless format 
means that each track is musically without loss and musically an exact copy 
of the original track.  The sequence in which you burn the tracks afterwards 
to any CD will be up to you.
