No need for a private message where public ones would be appreciated by more readers. The bottom line is, it's an excellent device, extremely blind-user-friendly, very operable, makes fine recordings, etc., etc. There are lots of recorded programs produced by blind people using the device that explain its ins and outs, as well as a file containing the complete menu navigation. In short, you'll really like it, it's a one-of-a-kind well-thought-out device. Oh yes, when you buy yours, remember to pick up at least one 2 gigabyte memory card. You'll probably want two. You can find them for less than $50 apiece. If you plan on doing a lot of high-fidelity recording, you'll need them. Lithium ion batteries are a good investment, too. Somebody's even rigged some batteries up into a strap-on rechargeable pack for the thing. If you want information on that, I'll look around and find the message. I know I kept it because I keep meaning to get it for my own unit. _______________________________________________ PC-Audio List Help, Guidelines, Archives and more... http://www.pc-audio.org To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] This list is a service of MosenExplosion.com.
