I have a Toshiba laptop and the line in and mic jacks no longer work. The headphone jack still works. I have done trouble shooting with the volume controls and sound recorder. Yes, I have changed microphones... (smile)
Does any know if these jacks are soldered to a board or are they wired in so they can be replaced cheaply without replacing an entire board. The speech chip isn't blown because jaws still works.
