I have the Audigy 4 Pro and am fairly happy with it.  Some of the included 
software is not to accessible but you can get along with out it most of the 
time.  Sound quality is quite good.  You may run into some problems if you 
intend to use it as a second audio card but I know how to get around that 
now.

I could have gotten an M-Audio Audiophile 24/96 or 24/192.  But, they don't 
have some of the features I wanted such as a headphone jack and hardware 
bass and treble controls.
