When you want to use it as a mic, you'll have to select it from the recording volume control, and, when you want to use it as a playback device, you'll have to select it in the playback volume control, just as you do any other input or output device. One thing you should be aware of, though: Because it's USB, if you leave it plugged in all the time ()as I expect you'd want to do), it's likely that, each time you reboot your computer, it will make itself the default output device for Eloquence, if you use JAWS.
