I wouldn't mind getting hold of that also.

I need to plug a cable into such a system's receiver for my cochlear implant
and hearing aid.

The assistive listening devices you get are not stereo and because the
receivers are so small, they are not really good enough to listen to music.

How about a headset like a Sony Sportsman along with a FM transmitter.
I don't know of anything that is just a wireless head set that is tuned to
an fm frequency.
That sony sportsman, or a like model,  could be tuned to the frequency o the
fm transmitter.
