This file is called kstvtun.ax, and is supposed to be in the Windows XP Service Pack 2 disk, which I don't have. There are three other Windows XP computers in this house besides this one, and I have searched them all. We of course don't seem to have any XP SP2 disks around. Wouldn't you know! I have searched on Google; I have searched on the product's page, with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where this file could be hiding, or where I could get it? The product I have is an ATI PVR, and this must be some kind of tuning file. Every time I plug in, it says found new hardware, and says that it needs this file. But where is it? Only the shadow knows; and he's keeping quiet about it. Best, Helena.
