Sure, and isn't it legal to download files you have been given permission to download in the States? I'm in Canada and think it is.
I just don't know what the RIAA is complaining about if the artists are being compensated. Maybe the truth will come out that it isn't the artists being hurt but the contract holders. You know the folks who keep the largest part of what profits are made from the sale of a bands music.
