hello howard, I installed it on the IFP 180, so it's probably the same thing. It's a fairly straightforward process, or was a few years ago. It definately makes it easier to transfer files. I think there's a loss of responsiveness, or something else that's changed, but I don't exactly remember what. You will have to redo your settings, like the EQ and all that if you changed them.
