hi. a voicepost and a phonepost are 1 and the same. Just a different term for the same thing. LJ does not have upload space for you, so you'll need to find one and link to it in your post like haden does, or if you're in the US, call any of the designated phone numbers lj has. You can have phoneposts, or voiceposts on these phone calls saved as either mp3 or ogg files. you can choose what kind you want in the preferences for phone posts.
