hi That's extremely hard to believe, unless there's some sort of ultra-secret version that he's using. Are you using winamp? If so, you can check the stream info with alt+3, you'll most likely have to use your mouse review cursor whatever you want to call it to get the info, but that'll tell you what he's streaming, the format and the bitrate. I'm extremely reluctant to believe that 32k WMA can sound like 96kb MP3, especially since I've done my own tests.
